About Amanda Knight:
For over 20 years Amanda has been supporting organizations to build inclusive environments by promoting equality, care and dignity through understanding that leadership is a privilege, that most people systems within an organization contradict inclusion endeavours, and that unconscious bias destroys trust.
Amanda is passionate about creating great workplace cultures by helping leaders recognize that leadership is a privilege, not a right, and that non-judgment is the new leadership capability essential for limiting bias and for encouraging inclusion.
An early pioneer of emotional intelligence at work, Amanda has worked with hundreds of individuals, teams and leaders across a broad range of industries over the last 20 years to help them transform the way they perform, collaborate and engage every stakeholder. She is co-author of the book ‘Applied Emotional Intelligence’ (Wiley 2006).
She is also creator of The Leadership Privilege leadership development program, and the Successful Relationships Questionnaire, an emotional intelligence-based assessment and development system, as well as being a published author, speaker and highly experienced facilitator and coach.
