Randal Adcock, MA

Chair, President & Chief Innovation Officer

Randal Adcock

In today’s world of unprecedented complexity, we need to get back to simple basics. That means following core values and principles that make us all human. That is Randal’s message.

Randal is, at heart, a human systems developer.  It all starts with helping people to develop and actualize their personal and professional potentials. But as people are social animals, we must also build strong relationships that are trusting, fair and constructive. Then we need to develop smart and compassionate organizations that serve both their members and their publics.

Community building may be less formal than organization development but no less critical in creating an environment for healthy organizations, relationships and citizens. We can get good at synthesizing best practices of all kinds. When we get these local systems working well we can offer our model to others and scale up and unfold like a fractal.

Civilization, like life itself, is a continuing experiment. At the same time, every action we take contributes in some small way to the definition of humanity that is our legacy. We are finding our way.

Shannon Berry

MadWomen Virtual Assistants

Digital Storyteller and Promotional Campaigns (events and digital)

Everyone has a story to tell but, if the cover doesn’t catch people’s attention, nobody will read the book.

My educational background is in the fields of Human Resources and Psychology. With this, I have the benefit of understanding both the corporate mindset as well as how clients and customers think and what they respond to.

As a marketing and advertising professional for the past ten years, I have worked with Authors, Speakers, Entertainers, Recording Artists, Celebrity brand Red 55 Winery – The Signature Wine of Miranda Lambert, and many Not For Profit and charitable organizations.

Many of the events and other endeavours I have been involved with have been featured in the news. There is no project or event that is too small for a press release. I have been fortunate to be featured in articles across Canada, being interviewed by media outlets in Alberta and British Columbia, and being featured in special segments on morning television news shows.

“Storytelling through visual mediums is my passion!”

Paul Cheung, BA

Owner, HanTV

Paul has extensive experience in research, marketing, community engagement, projects initiation, organization development and operational management. Paul’s childhood dream came true 13 years ago. He became a DJ and news producer and announcer at a radio broadcasting company in 2001. Then he moved on to television program production in 2008. His passion in media production laid the path to the launch of HanTVchannel on YouTube in 2014 to illustrate and promote the mosaic of Alberta culture and lifestyle through web video platform to not only Canadians but also people around the world.

“HAN TV specializes in capturing moments that celebrate Alberta’s unique culture and lifestyle.”

David Boroditsky

President, Arrai Innovations

Founder and Principal

David was one of those geeky math nerd kids who had the good fortune of being a hard-worker who saved his money, and becoming a teenager in the early 1980s who could afford to buy a personal computer.

He started this company back in 1996, back when Apple was doomed, and a googol was just a very large number.

Since that time, David’s company has successfully pivoted from being an internet service provider, to a web hosting company, to web site developers, to a custom web application development company, where David, and his team of permanent, full-time employees, have always had a focus on customer service.

David’s experience in technology and business has helped him acquire a keen ability to deconstruct systems, see optimizations, and establish clear communications between his clients and his technical team.
