In Finding YOUR Way we offer either a weekly online webinar with a guest speaker or we offer a mastermind venue.
In the mastermind edition we have a host, usually Randal Adcock, a professional business coach, to facilitate a group discussion on issues that participants raise. Participants can come prepared to ask for round table input on some opportunity or challenge they are facing. Those in attendance are invited to offer their best ideas. This is a community of best practices.
Alternatively, we have guest speakers with webinars on various subjects of interest to small businesses and community organizations.
All are offered on Zoom on Fridays at noon (Mountain).
