It is a delight to welcome Litzy Baeza to our growing
community. Litzy is an intercultural trainer and has worked in the
field of international education for the past 15 years managing a
variety of projects overseas, primarily in Latin America. She started
her work in the intercultural field in 2001, working with international
students and then moved on to independent consulting; facilitating
intercultural communication seminars & workshops for a variety of
clients in Edmonton.
Today Litzy is a full-time consultant &
trainer focusing on intercultural competency, cross-cultural
intelligence and diversity & inclusion training. She also teaches an
online course on Cross Cultural Intelligence at NAIT.
Besides her experience in Canada, Litzy has lived|worked in Chile
& Cuba and due to her experience abroad and working on study abroad
programming, she currently has started her own study & travel
abroad educational tour operator providing cross-cultural programs to
Cuba, Chile, Costa Rica and other countries in Latin America.
Litzy is excited to join Wayfinders Business Co-op and help guide its vision and long-term goals.
